The saddled triceratops (?? [CF] [E]

It was originally going to be in the decorating contest but then I found out that you can't add clothing onto it, my complexity meter was filling up anyway xd. I also didn't know what this has to do with a carnival but, I still wanna make the creature. It was a bit rushed because I got to study for exams and the event deadline is near!!
It was based of a more outdated concept of the triceratops, back when humans first viewed dinosaurs more differently.
